Workshop:
In this workshop you will be able to learn the possibilities of how to use Netscout to solve complex issues concerning problems that end users are reporting to your help desk. This will greatly help to validate the end users experience. You will also be able to get an alarm regaring an issue that the enterprise service in your organization is having before the end user is calling for help.

The workshop will also cover:
  • VoIP from Cisco or any others
  • Video Teleconferencing problems from Cisco or others
  • Enterprise Applications including ERP, Virtual Desktop, Virtual/Private Cloud, SaaS and Iaas.
  • Replay a users transaction for Security Forensics.

Luncheon Presentation
The luncheon presentation will cover the following:
  • Are you looking to deploy a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to enhance your End User's experience?
  • How is mobility affecting the quality of the service for your End User?
  • Are security concerns preventing you from moving ahead? Are video conferencing deployments exploding though your enterprise?
  • Have you considered public cloud offerings, such as IaaS or SaaS,  to augment your private virtualized cloud?
  • Is your enterprise infrastructure being used for legitimate business transactions or for nefarious proposes?

Speaker:


Eric Gray, Chief Solutions Architect is responsible for the technical planning, architecture, and major account support for the Western Half of North America, Latin America and Australia at NetScout.  Formerly an Engineering Director at Network General, his experience spans more than 20 years in the Network Management Solutions Market.  As a Network Administrator for Shell Oil Company, Eric applied the principals of Network and Application Management to deploy and troubleshoot an enterprise network for over 50,000 people spread over 40 different locations.  His expertise includes emphasis on Security, Helpdesk, Unified Communications, Network and Application Performance Management.  He resides in Southern California.
