Overview
Directly participates in, oversees and manages security as it relates to the company's systems.  This position interfaces directly with other engineers to assure security best practices are incorporated in new and current configurations throughout the company.  

This position is temporary, 10-15 hours a week and provides instruction on-line.

Ideal candidate should have knowledge on Microsoft Biztalk, Microsoft Sharepoint, application integration methodologies and techniques, web services, service-oriented architecture. Preferred candidate should know one or more of the above and are willing to self learn.

Demonstrated and/or skill in organizational competencies of accountability, change effectiveness, collaboration and teamwork, communication, Hawaiian cultural commitment and innovation to develop and manage a diverse work team and collaborations. Extensive background in teaching various age groups with diverse learning styles, distance learning, instructional design including online and Web-based environments.

Ability to provide work samples that include analysis artifacts such as state diagrams, use cases, UI prototypes, relationship diagrams, data dictionaries, etc. Ability to provide work samples that show clear and concise business writing style.

Demonstrate graphic design skills and ability to develop and produce online resources in support of education. Demonstrate and/or skill in organizational competencies of accountability, change effectiveness, collaboration and teamwork, communication, Hawaiian cultural commitment and innovation. Experience designing culturally appropriate materials for a variety of age groups with diverse learning and teaching styles. 

Job Description:
Provides lead technical support to help providers develop system interfaces and is the primary lead to coordinate with associated vendors for data interface. Will also guide the development of standardized data specifications the may be integrated into a data reporting repository. Oversees interface oversight on the application integration for various Electronic Health Record with the developing Hawai'i Health Information Exchange (HIE).
